So day 2.
I was feeling a little apprehensive about today, as we were going out, and my morning meals were smoothies and nibbles. I worried I would be hungry, and worried as this was the first day of the plan I would be introducing something into my diet I haven't had before, and thought I wouldn't like: almond milk.
Turns out, I had nothing to worry about. My almond milk smoothie was delicious, although I was definitely hungrier today before my post workout refuel meal of Turkey meatballs and pasta.
I know it's only been 2 days, but I am loving the tastes and flavours from the fresh foods!! The real test comes tomorrow though, when I am back to work, back to routine. Can I fit it all in still?
