Days 10 - 16

So what happened?? Almost a week without a progress report.

Life happened, and I hard to make a couple of unplanned trips. So what would this do for my eating plan? How would I stay on track?
Rather easily I am pleased to say. Thanks to some precooked snacks, and juggling of meal plans I managed to stay on track.
This week saw some weight loss as well as further reduction in body fat % so all good on that front.
We also had some questionable recipes though, not to be attempted again!

I am also pleased with how well I am feeling, mdnralkg and physically. I am tired, due to some unplanned travelling, but feeling good.

I did deviate slightly yesterday and indulge in a bit of chocolate... I say bit... I mean a lot. About 12 pieces a lot... But left it today. You've got to have a little nibble now and then!
