Day 3

Today was tough.

Given the relative ease of the first 2 days, I had assumed being back at work would mean that even if I got hungry, I'd be fine, distracted. Turns out, work is a trigger for my hunger - go figure.

Day started well with a HIIT session, followed by prepping of the days meals. Asian duck salad for today and tomorrow, a smoothie, and some chicken and veg tonight.

I took some sweet corn and feta fritters and some fruit for a snack, but I was definitely hungry - stomach rumble hungry. A clear trigger though, when confronted with tasks that font interest me!

I got through though, and end the day happy, healthy and ready for a good night's sleep!
